You Gotta Know When to Fold 'em...

WebHostWorks.com and WebHostWorks.org are Domain Names I have owned for years that resold web hosting services. In light of heading in new directions with my business I have made the decision to sell these Domain Names. They are currently listed for sale at Sedo.com. I will entertain reasonable offers but no low ball or fire sale offers. Period. The name "WebHostWorks" has value in the marketplace and is quite brand-able in a marketing context which again adds to its value as intellectual property. Years of awareness over the life span of the brand also created value since its a name easily revived in the land of Google, Yahoo & company. PLEASE NOTE: the 'net' version is owned and controlled by another organization.

Click through the links above for more information and be aware this are NAME ONLY -- NO WEBSITE OR LOGOS ARE INCLUDED -- YOU ARE ONLY BIDDING ON THE DOMAIN NAME ITSELF.

Thank you & enjoy the day.

It's all in a name, we've all heard that expression. Right? This links to why liberty.com is so valuable in the Seller's mind. Check it out.

Loan $25 to change lives through Kiva.org

I want to let you all know about a cool non-profit that is doing great things: Kiva.org

Kiva.org allows individuals to make $25 loans to low-income entrepreneurs in the developing world (microfinance). By doing so, individuals like you provide affordable working capital for the poor (money to buy a sewing machine, livestock, etc.), empowering them to earn their way out of poverty.

It's a new, direct and sustainable way to fight global poverty, and the way I see it, I get a higher return on $25 helping someone build a future than the interest my checking account pays.

Anyways, if you have a minute, please check out the site:
kiva.org. If you need more "reputable" validation than my recommendation :), know that they have received great press in publications ranging from The Wall Street Journal to NPR to BusinessWeek.

Thanks for reading!
